Our Brazilian barbeque units are designed to cook numerous cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, pork, and game meats. Spits rotate constantly, allowing the meats to self-baste over an open flame. These units do the work for you!

Made of 304 stainless steel, and a large insulated fire box lined with super duty rated fire bricks. The steering control makes maneuvering easy for one person and includes a built in braking system to lock the machine in place when in use.

Another feature is the all latterly galleries can easily accept a fixed grill in lieu of skewers. This is a great option for grilling burgers vegetables, and toasting bread. The very top area is a great for keeping foods warm or slow cold smoking of meats.

These units are available in many sizes and with various options. Electric lift grill cans be incorporated into all models. You also have the choice of a combining 1/2 the fire box to use our Parilla lift grill.
